District Grand Lodge of Nigeria Partners with the Nigerian Police

The District Grand Lodge of Nigeria paid a visit to the Police Hospital, Zone 7, FCT, Abuja as part of activities for its 2024 Annual Communication and Convocation which held on Saturday 11th October, 2024.

The District Grand Master for Nigeria – RWBro. (Dr) Onyechi Ikpeazu, SAN, OON, FCIArb accompanied by his deputies and assistants,
the President of the Board of Benevolence – WBro Anthony Adzah and the District Grand Masters for Ghana and Sierra Leone/Gambia visited the Nigeria Police
Force Zone 7 Office, Abuja.

The visit was to hand over hospital beds, bedside lockers, mattresses, pillows, and essential medical consumables worth N2,500,000.00 to Police hospitals and clinics within the Federal Capital Territory. The goal of this new partnership with the Police is to improve healthcare services for police officers, their families, and the broader community.

AIG Benedict Igweh, who received the donations on behalf of the police medical services, expressed profound gratitude for the generous support. He was joined by CSP Dr. Ifayase
Olabanji, Officer in Charge of Medical, FCT Command, Abuja, as the chief beneficiary.
Also in attendance were DCP ZID, DCP A, and other senior police officials.
